Information of protected areas – COMPLEMENTA

Through the following links, CAPFITOGEN3 users will be able to download the polygon shapefiles representing protected areas from Protected Planet’s World Database of Protected Areas (WDPA). These polygons are packed into .RData files with the name of each country or region to be analyzed. The user must download the file of their choice from the following link:

Once the .RData files have been downloaded, they must be copied/cut and pasted in the ‘wdpa’ folder of the CAPFITOGEN3 set of files (which is usually X:/CAPFITOGEN3/wdpa, where X is the letter of the corresponding drive).
