Data formats

The data users need to enter to obtain the desired results should meet certain standards defined in excel tables. The following are the links to download the excel tables including the required formats:

• Passport table (Multi-Crop Passport Descriptor V.2 format, FAO-Bioversity 2012 with the addition of four columns for the description of the locality).
• External sources table(for data from populations that do not correspond to those represented by the target germplasm collection analyzed).
• Genotypic characterization table (for presence-absence or binary 0-I data).
• Phenotypic characterization table.
• Type of phenotypic descriptors table.

A new type of table will be incorporated soon. This table will include descriptors for crop wild relative species conserved in situ – CWRI (http://www.fao.org/3/cb3256en/cb3256en.pdf). This table can be used in tools useful for in situ conservation such as Complementa.
