I went to the club with her.. I hate clubs and feel very uncomfertable there. We stayed in a hotel room that night... which made me feel very uncomfertable... This is not my lifestyle... at all.
VIAGRA is prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED).
So that is where I stand, I am at the point of considering surgical or non-traditional options even though these seem scary to me...
I had a hysterectomy 9 years ago this past April and prior to that I was placed on a varied assortment of psych meds that were suppose to help with mood swings, irritability, and depression. During that time I had numerous surgeries that involved taking an ovary and piece of the left tube until adnexal masses appeared, a hydrosalpinx, and generally being a mess inside which led to the hysterectomy. Over the past nine years I have taken meds like Paxil and Lamictal and others that I ended up being allergic to as well as a bad experience with Premarin. So, needless to say, I've been trying to tough this thing out. The biggest side effect that I've ended up with is a 60 lb. weight gain that I can't lose no matter what I do. I've had test after test including thyroid and every doctor says I'm fine. Can a gynecologist do hormone tests even now 9 years later to see if I'm deficient in other sex hormones besides estrogen(which is a given)? Can they put you on replacements after the fact? I'm seeing a gynecologist tomorrow(a woman). Granted, every doctor will say "You have a lot of stressors in your life which is making you depressed". I would like to get out of my own way and get some answers that make sense in this area because, yes, I also have fibromyalgia and arthritis that can make things difficult, and I go to a therapist which lately is an effort to get to because of the physical issues I have. Anything that you folks could suggest would be most appreciated. Thanks so much!
No Lyme test is completely reliable. From what I understand, the titer or ELISA is the least reliable and the one most doctors run first.

Did anyone ever do anything about your iron levels (ferritin)? It was such an issue for them to be swept under the rug and not do anything.

My dad was diagnosed with colon cancer when he was 35, doctors then told my mom he would not survive. He beat all odds and survived and has recently been having symptoms of colon cancer, his doctor said he has HNPCC. I made that as short as possible.
The most common side effects of VIAGRA are headache, facial flushing, and upset stomach. Less commonly, bluish vision, blurred vision, or sensitivity to light may briefly occur.
I have an appointment scheduled for 8am tomorrow. I am going to tell the doctor that I need to get off ALL the long acting narcotics... that I feel the meds are just too strong for my body. I want to suggest going down a couple notches in pain meds.. dropping form the Schedule II drugs I have been taking to hydrocodone or something similar. (I think approaching my problem in this manner might help minimize the doctor thinking that I am insome way scheming to get more drugs).
Try it FAITHFULLY for a month and retest to see if it doing the trick...no sense enduring prolonged torture if it isn't doing the trick.

Spent a few days taking care of Miracleman, (brother in law...69yrs with severe cerebral palsy) and lots of time on the phone with the nursing home therapist. Did some babysitting for the new grandson, what a love I of course did not mind that. Had the 6yr old grandson spend the night while his mom and dad went to the company Christmas party. The other grandma was staying with them and she kept the baby.

I can't understand why any surgeon would encourage or even allow a patient to get Crystalens implants for improving presbyopia, when they clearly have been shown to provide only limited, if any, near correction for MOST people. What is the point, then? I never had a problem with contacts and I certainly never would have gone through all this if they had been honest with me. And NOBODY ever told me how difficult/nearly impossible it is to explant them if there are problems!!! I was told that there's almost no risk of any problems with these lenses. And I wouldn't need any glasses ever again.
I am concerned, and I would really like some help. I'm not gonna get into detail, but just the other day I was "sexually active" with this guy. We did not have sex, but we came pretty close to it in a way in which his "fluid" could have gotten on me, or even possibly inside me. He was wearing a condom - there was no hole, and it didn't break or anything, but by the time we finished our thing there was kind of a lot of "fluid" on me. We don't know for sure if it was from me or if his "fluid" might have leaked through the base of the condom. He said he was like 97% sure that it was from me because we checked the condom and stuff, but then he called me like an hour later and told me to go get the morning after pill just to be on the safe side, because it was one of those things you just don't know for sure. He seemed a little uneasy and practically begged me to go get it. So the next day I got the morning after pill and took both pills within the 12 hour limit. I am really scared because I've never seen this guy freak out about this before. The only thing I can do now is wait to see if I get my period, and that doesn't go over well with me because I worry all the time 24/7, and worrying is something that can delay your period. My period is due in like 2 weeks, but I should be getting it in 1 week due to the morning after pill (your period is suppose to come a week earlier). I shouldn't have to worry yet because I still have some time, but knowing me I will worry. I wish I could just take a pregnancy test now and find out, but I can't - it's still too early. If my period is late at all, I'm gonna freak. What should I do? Keep in mind that we never actually had sex, and he did have a condom on - so I should be fine, especially since I took the morning after pill, right? Or is it still possible for me to get pregnant? Somebody please help me out and get back to me asap. I'd really appreciate it.
There are other medications that can be given on a consistent basis to control the behavior that is consistent. What you need to do is find a geriatric psychiatrist that deal specifically with dementia patients. Have him evaluate your grandfather. Before you go keep a journal of his behavior. Write down everything. The delusions, the wandering, the combativeness, the agitation, the aggressions... specific examples. The doctor needs this because your grandfather will not remember these and will say he is "fine". Just be sure it is a psychiatrist that specializes in geriatric dementia behavior. The doctor Mom saw... was a god send!!!!

Sudden decrease or loss of hearing has been rarely reported in people taking PDE5 inhibitors, including VIAGRA. It is not possible to determine whether these events are related directly to the PDE5 inhibitors or to other factors. If you experience sudden decrease or loss of hearing, stop taking VIAGRA and contact a doctor right away.

Also if you get any new symtoms with this, like severe vomiting, or migrane headaches go to the ER. Tell them you'll need to make payments right off the bat, or find a learning hospital in your area. Have a friend or family member drive coz you never know what they might do to check you out.

Well, I went back to my gastroenterologist Tuesday, and he changed me from Prevacid 30mg twice a day, Zantac 300mg twice a day, and Zelnorm 6mg twice a day to Prilosec 80mg twice a day, Zantac 300mg twice a day, and no zelnorm. He's going to scope me on April 8. He said that with prilosec, the more you increase the dose, the more effectiveness you have. Has anyone ever been told this? It sounds ridiculous to me. I've taken prilosec before, and it didn't work. Granted, not at this dose, but I'm feeling a little frustrated. Also, he said to keep taking the pepto-bismol. There was nothing else mentioned as far as treatment options after the scope, but I'm interested in looking into the nissen. I'm having chest pain about 90% of the time that I am awake, and that alone causes me to feel stressed out, which in turn contributes to the acid production... etc. etc. Let me know what you all think about this prilosec business... Thanks!
: : : I've read that Lovenox is 30 mL, once a day, and other dosage levels at 40 mL, twice a day.

Chris thinks If I stay here with him (in his city) He is going to ruin my life. He does not think he can make me happy here. I am not very fond of this city, it is in financial ruin. In all probability, he will live here forever and take over his boss' shop, which he knows I will be dissapointed with. He will not break up with me, or kick me out, or send me back home, because He knows #1 I will not go back home and #2 if I lose him, I might as well committ myself because I won't trust myself not to try and kill myself. Does he love me still? Yes, he does. Is he madly in love with me? not so much anymore. The stress of him thinking he is going to ruin my life longterm is killing him. He loves me so much, he will stay with me for years and years if he thinks it is for my benefit. In a way though, he also thinks I am using him to some respect, because I do not want to be alone and I can't go back home. So in a way he thinks I just want to stay here not because I love him so much, but because I have no other options. (which is partly true, but I DO LOVE HIM)
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION BELOW.
(11),
VIAGRA is prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED).
If you are older than age 65, or have serious liver or kidney problems, your doctor may start you at the lowest dose (25 mg) of VIAGRA. If you are taking protease inhibitors, such as for the treatment of HIV, your doctor may recommend a 25 mg dose and may limit you to a maximum single dose of 25 mg of VIAGRA in a 48-hour period.

Blood sugar between 250 and 350 fasting is WAY too high! You may feel fine now, but that elevated blood glucose can be doing damage to your entire body...all your organs, your arteries and veins, your eyes, etc. You absolutely MUST find a way to get it down.
VIAGRA is prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED).
Do not take VIAGRA if you take nitrates, often prescribed for chest pain, as this may cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure.
