I have this error when i try to run the ELCmapas tool after entering all the parameters in: An error occurred: Error in file(x, "rb") : cannot open the connectionCalls: source ... .local -> .rasterObjectFromFile -> .isNetCDF -> file Any ideas? |

This error is because ELCmapas cannot find the ecogeographic/environmental layers (.grd files) in the folder they should be, called "rdatamaps". Please download the set of layers for the country you are interested creating ELC map (see http://www.capfitogen.net/en/access/dow ... -internet/), unzip the .alz file in "rdatamaps" folder and be sure to choose this country name in the list of countries in your ELC mapas tool.
